When I started The Sacred Path, I began the journey of perusing what is my Divine mission to heal and help people as a life coach, energy healer and intuitive on a grand scale. In addition to the weekly Lenormand Readings, I am dedicating a part of A TLotus Thought: The Blog to posts about Universal Consciousness, life coaching and energy healing. I’ve been helping people become the happiest version of themselves since 2015. I help individuals connect with their strength, shatter limiting beliefs and overcome fears, so they can actively create the life of happiness and abundance they want and deserve, even if it seems impossible.
I love to help people. Serving others is an expression of my Higher purpose. My work as a life coach is aligned with my values. My coaching practice is about helping you live in accordance with your values and becoming the best version of yourself.
Where I've Been
Throughout my life, I have struggled with the same issues that people desire my help for. Over the course of my life, I’ve been physically and mentally weak, obese (over 250 lbs), and even very close to death. I've been insecure, depressed and have struggled with anxiety and PTSD. I had lived many years of my life with the limiting belief that I was not worthy of love, success and especially, abundance.
I overcame these challenges with hard work and a change in mindset and perspective on my Sacred Path. I sought out a Spiritual and meditation mentor who, for the past 13 years, has guided me towards realizing the magnificence of myself as a part of All That Is. It was from my long time mentor that I also learned about the Universal Law Of Attraction (LOA}. Learning how to tap into and harness the energy of the Universe to consciously create my life was.. well, a life changer! The LOA has proven itself in my life without fail. I have manifested the most amazing things things in my life! I can say my coaching truly began when I shared what I had learned about consciously manifesting with anyone who would listen,
My Spiritual Gifts Led To My Universal Purpose.
I am clairaudient and an empath and I've had these gifts since the age of 9. I suppressed my gifts most of my adolescence and early adult life because I was told to by well meaning, devoutly religious family members. But once I remembered the essence of what and who I am (a Spiritual being living a human existence), I stopped suppressing my gifts. The more I opened up and shared my gifts with others, the more clear my path to becoming a life coach and mentor became.
Clairaudience literally means "clear hearing". I receive messages from Spirit through hearing. As an empath, I am highly tuned in to energy frequencies from people, animals and environments. I constantly hear messages all day, every day, about everyone who crosses my path and anything they tell me. These gifts amplify my intuitiveness and the ability to truly see what's underneath the surface of what is seen or heard. Of all of my senses, my sharpest sense is my Third Eye.
In addition to the clairaudience, I am an energy healer. From chakras in the body, to energy frequencies in the environment, I have the ability to balance energy to bring the unbalanced energy back to center. I do this using a variety of methods from crystal healing and Tibetan bowl sound baths to Feng Shui.
With the knowledge I have gained about the Law Of Attraction, I have learned how to tap into the power within myself to change my reality from despair, fear and anxiety to love, peace and fulfillment. I am here to help you to do the same! Peace Love and Light.
